Terms of Sale

1. General Information

IMMI Finland (Ikatan Masyarakat Muslim Indonesia ry), Y-tunnus: 3084913-6, operates this website to provide cultural and community services to Indonesian Muslims in Finland.

2. Payment

Payment for services is processed via MobilePay. All prices are in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes where applicable.

• Weekly Cultural Course for Kids (TPA): €10 per week
• Monthly Meetup Event: €10 per event

Payment must be completed before attending the service or event.

3. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email to finland.immi@gmail.com).

4. Returns

Our services are digital and cultural in nature. If you have paid for a service but are unable to attend, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to discuss options.

5. Complaint Handling

If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us at finland.immi@gmail.com or +358 4050 30290.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and resolve them within 14 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may also contact the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman (Kuluttajaneuvonta) for assistance.
